Return & Exchange Policy

Exchange Policy:

We provide a simple 3-day exchange policy. To request an exchange, customers need to contact us through the given email or WhatsApp number and send the product back within 3 days of receiving it.

 

Conditions For An Exchange:

  • The item must be returned in its original condition. Products that have been washed, worn, or damaged in any way by the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

 

  • Any kind of intentional mishandling to the product made by the customer will be instantly detected, Exchange will be not be accepted if Store or sales representative sense any kind of fraudulent activity.
  • If any intentional damage or misuse of the product is found, the exchange request will be rejected. Our store and sales team reserve the right to decline exchanges in case of suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Rs.200/- will be charged as shipping charges, All shipping charges to make an exchange will be bared by the customer.

How can a customer place a replacement order once the exchange is approved?

  • Once our sales team has carefully reviewed the case, we will provide the customer with a store coupen code for the eligible amount after receiving old article. This code can be used at checkout to reduce the total on their next purchase.
  • Customers must use the coupen code within 30 days, after which it will expire.
  • This process may takes 10 to 15 working days.

 

Refund Policy:

We offer a 3-day exchange policy, customers have to apply for an exchange and ship the product back to us within 3 days upon receiving the item by contacting us via given Email address.

Conditions For A Refund:

  • Only products with visible damage or significant defects, other than those already mentioned, will be accepted for return. Once a refund is approved, our store representative will share the return address and further instructions.
  • Refunds will not be issued for sizing concerns, as exact measurements are provided with each product listing. In such cases, or for non-faulty items, customers will only be eligible for an exchange. 

  • The item must be returned in its original condition. Products that have been washed, worn, or mishandled by the customer will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Refund will not be entertained in cash.A store coupen code of your amount will be issued.
